Shipping policy

Production time: Custom orders are printed and cut in Florida, USA within 48 business hours after you approve your digital proof.

Shipping: Standard shipping within the United States is included in the price shown for sticker packs ordered on our website. Orders ship with tracking, delivered to your door in 3–5 business days after production.

Digital proof: Before printing, we email you a digital proof of your design. Production starts once you approve it (or within 24 hours if no changes are requested).

Coverage: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. For international or bulk freight inquiries, contact us at contact@e-graphicdesign.com.

Lost or damaged shipments: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date and we will reprint and reship it at no cost.
